Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site roof inspections and safety walkthroughs
Generate leads via referrals, outreach, and local networks
Full Estimation office, so you get to focus on closing deals and not calculating estimates!
Track leads and pipeline activity in CRM software
Attend meetings, job walks, and inspections as needed
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about roofing systems, materials, and competitors
Represent ProBuilt with energy, clarity, and professionalism
Requirements:
3–5 years of sales experience in roofing or home services
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely
Professional and self-motivated with strong follow-through
Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
CRM and proposal software proficiency preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Familiarity with roofing systems and estimating tools is a plus
